General Rate Increase (GRI)

Scope:             Far East Asia to Gulf destinations and Indian Sub Continent (ISC)  
Quantum:         USD 150/teu (for Dry and Reefer cargo)

High Cube (HC) Additional Surcharge

Scope:             Far East Asia to Gulf destinations and Indian Sub Continent (ISC)  
Quantum:         USD 100 for 40' HC  (for Dry cargo only)
