Please be informed that the "Chennai Trade Recovery Surcharge (CTR)" will be revised per below, due to the continuous delays in Chennai port.

Details are as follows:

Scope:	All inbound laden containers into Chennai, India
Quantum:	1. USD75 per teu for all import/export laden containers to/from Chennai via Colombo 2. USD150 per teu for all import/export laden container to/from Chennai via Singapore or Port Klang
Effective date:	for all shipments loaded from the first port of call on or after 28th September 2011
Collection terms:	to be paid by freight payers
