      1. Yes, the container status can be searched via email and mobile phones.
        Email tracking: The option “Email” under the Tracking System is available in our web. The required inputs are Container Number / BL Number / Booking Number / Agency Reference number. By return an instant reply with the status of the shipment will be received.(OR)You can type the container no (or) the BL in the subject or body of the email and send it to track@emiratesline.com. By return to the mail instant reply with the status of the shipment will be received.Mobile phone tracing: This facility is now available only for the countries India, China and Dubai.     4. Can I get the regular update of my shipment status automatically?
      • Yes, you can contact our respective local offices to enable this facility for your shipments.
    5. Will there be any further changes on the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) date on the web tracking?
      • It is our objective to ensure the vessel reliability as per our schedule. However, the ETA is subject to changes led by unexpected operational constraint or adverse weather condition, etc. We recommend you to regularly check the status in our web.

E-commerce solution

      • The information about INTTRA can be obtained via the website www.inttra.com
    2. How can I submit my booking request online?
      • We can accept INTTRA booking. You may directly register in INTTRA and contact our respective local office for the arrangement. Inttra booking acceptance in our China offices is still under development stage.
    3. How can I submit my B/L instruction online?
      • We have our web portal for customers to submit their B/L instructions online. The access to this web portal will be provided to customers upon contacting our respective local office.
    4. How should I get the ID and password to access the privileged area?
      • The privileged area access available in our web is made exclusively for our Emirates Shipping Line employees.
        The privileged access for customers in our web is under construction stage.

Rate Request

    1. What basic information is required for Rate Request?
      • We normally require port pair – port of loading or place of receipt and port of discharge or place of delivery, commodity and equipment type for rate quotation.
        As for the best reference, you can also provide the target rate, potential volume, shipment schedule and contact detail for our effective quotation and coordination.
        The hazardous details for dangerous cargo are also essential for our quotation.

    4. Do you provide CFS (Container Freight Station) or LCL (Less than Container Load) service?
      • No. We are only providing CY (Container Yard) and FCL (Full Container Load) service now.
    5. Do you provide Break Bulk service?
      • No. We are only providing CY (Container Yard) and FCL (Full Container Load) service now.
    6. Do you provide special equipment, such as Flat Rack and Open Top?
      • Yes, we have special equipment in our fleet. You can provide the basic information together with the cargo dimension and weight for our rate quotation and arrangement.

    7. How can I get the regular schedule from Emirates Shipping Line?
      • Our website has the feature called “Sign up for schedules subscription” under the option “Schedules”. By using this option, our daily schedules can be easily subscribed. The required details at the time of sign up are your name, email address and choose the service(s) that you are interested in and the frequency.
