Emirates Shipping Line today, announced that it will apply USD 250 congestion surcharge on all booking and imports taken
for Mombasa and Dar Es Salaam on its AFA and GIA Services.
This surcharge will be effective on all bookings issued after 1st December 2011
The surcharge is affected due to berthing delays currently being experienced at the port.
