Delayed Connection ex Pusan, South Korea to Vladivostok, Russia
Adverse weather at Vladivostok port in Feb has led to serious chain effect on the overall vessel schedule in March.
Port congestion at Vladivostok and Pusan is continuously deteriorating the schedule.
As affected by schedule stability, vessel space is extremely tight at transshipment port Pusan, South Korea.
Allocation on extra loader has been confirmed with sailing Pusan 1st April for clearance of most backlog at transshipment port. Additional effort is placed for pushing more space on coming feeders to resume the normal transit to Vladivostok.
Currently, the average transshipment time is around 3 – 4 weeks at Pusan. The situation is anticipated to be improved in April.
We deeply apologize for this force majeure situation beyond carrier’s control. Looking forward to your kind understanding and patience. We are monitoring the situation and will keep you informed for any further update.
