For your export shipments, accuracy and timely Shipping Instruction for Manifesting and Bill of Lading is always essential. Consignee and Notify Party detail is one of the most significant elements for customs declaration and import process at destination. Moreover, customs of certain countries have regulated the mandatory of consignee full detail on manifests. High penalties and clearance delay will incur on non-compliance. Therefore, your full support is critically required and appreciated.

1. Full Company Name and Complete Address: There would be numerous similar registration of companies in certain countries or cities and therefore the full company name & address per government registration on bill of lading can protect the accurate identification during customs declaration and cargo delivery process.
2. Abbreviation of Company Name not accepted: In order to secure the proper cargo delivery to your consignee, we have to precisely verify the OBL endorsement by the lawful cargo owner. Otherwise, we are required to get the clarification from you for the identification before cargo release.
3. Detailed Contact person, Email Address and Telephone number: It is mandatory by customs at most destinations. Besides, we also rely on it to provide timely Arrival Notice to your consignee or notify party for shipment arrival or emergency contact for any special incidents. Therefore, the accurate and full contact on the shipping instruction would be vitally important for the prompt and correct communication to your consignee.
4. Consequences: In case of missing or incomplete consignee and notify party detail, we will not be responsible for any penalty, costs and delay on customs manifest, arrival notice and related import process.
