How To Convert:
The central column is the key to this conversion table. Regardless of unit of measurement, locate the temperature required in the middle column. Let’s take as an example 17 degrees. If the figure we have is 17 degrees Fahrenheit and we wish to convert to Celsius, read the figure to the left of ‘17’ (under the ˚ C column) which equals -8.3˚ C. Should the figure in hand be 17˚ C and we want to convert to Fahrenheit, read the figure to the right of the ‘17’ to get 62.6˚ F.
