Please find the final the applicable transportation surcharges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOR CARGO TO JEBEL ALI, ABU DHABI, AJMAN, RAS AL KHAIMAH, UMM AL QAIWAIN:<\/strong><br>he affected cargo was discharged at Khor Fakkan and following such discharge, the cargo shall be moved by truck to the intended destinations, as per the POD indicated on the Bill of Lading.<br>For the transportation of the cargo from Khor Fakkan to the intended destinations, a mandatory additional charge per container will apply to cover the transportation by trucks and any ancillary costs related thereto. The final quantum of this charge is <strong>AED 4,500 per container<\/strong> (to be paid by the \u201cMerchant\u201d)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOR CARGO TO ALL OTHER ARABIAN GULF PORTS:<\/strong><br>Cargoes destined for the ports in the UPPER GULF were discharged at Khor Fakkan and following such discharge, the cargo shall be moved by truck to Jebel Ali, and this shall constitute due fulfilment of the contract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the mandatory surcharge as stated in the earlier advisory, we hereby inform you that For the transportation of the cargo from Khor Fakkan to Jebel Ali, a mandatory additional charge \u2013 <strong>USD 1,250 per container<\/strong> (to be paid by the \u201cMerchant\u201d) will apply to cover the transportation by trucks and any ancillary costs related thereto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOR CARGO TO SOHAR:<\/strong><br>Cargoes destined for SOHAR were discharged at Khor Fakkan and following such discharge, the cargo shall be moved\/ already moved by truck to Jebel Ali, and this shall constitute due fulfilment of the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the mandatory surcharge as stated in the earlier advisory, we hereby inform you that for the transportation of the cargo from Khor Fakkan to Jebel Ali, a mandatory additional charge \u2013 <strong>USD 1,250 per container<\/strong> (to be paid by the \u201cMerchant\u201d) will apply to cover the transportation by trucks and any ancillary costs related thereto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers are kindly requested to contact their local ESL representative to obtain details and to confirm instructions for local recovery arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should customers wish to have their cargo forwarded to an alternative destination by ESL, please contact your local ESL representative, who can further assist you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ESL sincerely appreciates your understanding and cooperation during this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For further clarification, please contact your local ESL representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-13812","advisories","type-advisories","status-publish","hentry","advisories-tag-advisory","advisories-tag-mea-contingency"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.0 -
