{"id":7589,"date":"2025-06-26T06:46:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T06:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emiratesline.com\/?post_type=advisories&#038;p=7589"},"modified":"2025-06-26T06:46:01","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T06:46:01","slug":"vanning-survey-report-mandatory-requirement-for-all-imo-class-5-1-dg-loading-on-esl-vessels","status":"publish","type":"advisories","link":"https:\/\/www.emiratesline.com\/zh-hans\/advisories\/vanning-survey-report-mandatory-requirement-for-all-imo-class-5-1-dg-loading-on-esl-vessels\/","title":{"rendered":"Vanning Survey Report Mandatory Requirement for all IMO Class 5.1 DG Loading on ESL Vessels"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is to inform you that <strong>effective 1st July 2025<\/strong>, all IMO Class 5.1 Dangerous Goods shipments planned for loading on ESL-operated vessels must be accompanied by a vanning survey report issued by a surveyor accredited by the competent authority of the country of shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This requirement is being implemented in response to recent safety observations and in alignment with our existing procedures for other high-risk DG classes. It is aimed at strengthening compliance with IMDG Code regulations and enhancing cargo safety during transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please take note of the following:<br>\u2022 The vanning survey report must be submitted prior to loading and should clearly reflect containers numbers, proper stowage, segregation, securing, and ventilation as per IMDG requirements.<br>\u2022 This mandate applies only to ESL-operated vessels. ASL-operated vessels are excluded, as a separate broadcast already exists prohibiting IMO Class 5.1 and non-hazardous charcoal\/carbon on ASL vessels.<br>\u2022 A sample detailed vanning survey report is attached for your reference and guidance.<br>Please do not hesitate to reach out to our sales or customer service representatives should you have any further questions<br>Thank you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-7589","advisories","type-advisories","status-publish","hentry","advisories-tag-advisory"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
