The Marketing function is responsible for Branding, Communications, Campaigns and Customer Insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This individual will also provide support for the Customer Service team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive marketing initiatives on local platforms (e.g. WeChat, Xiaohongshu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay up-to-date with local trends, ensuring transcreated content is relevant to the market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and update the Chinese version of the website, ensuring alignment with the English version<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as a point of contact for Chinese media related enquiries and respond as necessary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the Commercial functions in head office and Chinese agencies to transcreate and drive campaigns to launch new products or solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support local Chinese team with creating assets for local trade shows and events, ensuring alignment with ESL brand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with the procurement and distribution of staff and customer giveaways<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enforce brand guidelines wherever deviation is seen across the group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform ad hoc customer service-related tasks as assigned by local CS manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduate degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 &#8211;
