As per circular from Mawani, Saudi Port Authority stipulated in Article 26 that Shipping Lines are required to obtain a copy of Freight Forwarder’s License issued by the Public Transport Authority (PTA) for shipment involved freight forwarders – as Consignee or Notify Party on Bill of Lading.

Our Saudi Arabia office will not release any shipments unless a validated license is presented.

For ensuring smooth process, please kindly coordinate for submission of copy of the license issued by Public Transport Authority to our Saudi Arabia office before cargo arrival. Failure to do so will result in customs penalties and delay at POD, on customers’ account.
