We are looking for a self-motivated individual to take on the role of Executive, Customer Service in our Mumbai office, who will be responsible for performing all CS-related activities and ensuring timely and accurate information for our customers. Also ensuring effective multi-tasking as and when required
Responsibilities:
- Process bookings received in E-Com, DG & Non-DG, SOC.
- Register Customers – CRM creation & KYC formalities.
- Submit CBF
- Communicate with global offices to assist customers with their shipments
- Update customers on status of shipments and keep customers timely informed on operations, transshipment, blank sailing with advisories, broadcasts & service promotion.
- Arrange Hot Box List to T/S port for urgent shipments. Coordinate and push transshipment ports in case of any long idling for transshipment.
- Follow up with customers for VGM & Shipping Bill, arrange VIA/SSR permission on customer’s request
- Handle customers’ enquiries via phone or email or in person or any other channels.
- Coordinate proactively with internal parties as per requirement
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Customer Service (preferably in Shipping industry)
- Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to be proactive and multitask
- Computer literacy on MS applications
- Flexibility in working hours
- Ability to take up challenges
- Team player
- Good time management
