Responsibilities:
HR:
- Organize and administer the recruitment process (Candidates research, interview arrangement, applicant follow-up, probation periods, etc).
- Manage the HR data (create and update records, staff attendance, annual leave, etc). Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Implement effective training and development plans.
- Implement annual employee performance appraisal and new employees probation appraisal.
- Prepare the monthly payroll, including basic salary, overtime payment, bonus, etc, to ensure accuracy.
- Support on organizing the team activities and other employee events.
Admin:
- Assist to maintain company facilities such as coffee machine, water fountain, copy machine, air-conditioning, etc.
- Book air tickets, hotel, and other arrangements required.
- General administration support to office operation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Formal Training/Certification in HR as a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quickly adopts and masters HR technology and tools.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with hands-on approach.
