Responsibilities:
- Implementation of business plan and achieve best results.
- Coordinate sales activities with the appropriate overseas sales team maximizing information exchanges, best practice sharing, sourcing of additional leads and leveraging of cross trade business opportunities.
- Market intelligence and benmarkings to improve service levels and contributions.
- Contribute in the improvement of sales productivity and in the optimization and maximization of the freight earnings and the volume
- Best usage of available systems and tools.
- Act as an integrated unit in procuring business from customers, and in providing excellent customer service and support with other departments
- Provide input, as required, and as part of periodical reports or team alignment meetings for the sales strategy, reporting activities and performance of the export sales organization
- Conduct relevant market intelligence and build up market knowledge to utilize in sales activities
- Business development in PRD territories on both Import and export business, accomplish set business target/budget.
- Periodically visit clients to develop business/collect market intelligence, Problem solving
- Carry out all necessary duties to ensure target results achieving, enlarge customers base.
Requirements:
- 8 years sales experience in shipping or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
