We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Service delivery Capacity team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the KPIs defined within the capacity department. This includes timely updates, interacting with stakeholders, looking for simplification and improving efficiency. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Follow KPI (Key Performance Indicator) guidelines.
- Coordinate with regional planning teams, commercial teams, and operations to align forecasted volumes with vessel schedules and space availability.
- Monitor and validate capacity data across systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Plan the transshipment container to move without having any business impact & delay.
- Escalate capacity constraints or planning conflicts to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with global process owners to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work with other teams to define important performance metrics and set data-based goals.
- Spot any problems with data quality and take steps to fix them for accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, shipping & Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in BPO operations, logistics planning, or supply chain management (preferably in the shipping or container logistics domain).
- Understanding of vessel scheduling, booking, and container allocation processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
