We’re looking for a self-motivated individual to take on the role of Customer Service Executive in our Port Klang, Malaysia office, who will be responsible for handling after-sales support for customers, and will work closely with our Sales team among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers bookings and problem solving.
 - Handle complaints and suggest solutions amicably.
 - Compile hot box list for Capacity or T/S port for urgent shipments.
 - Ensure after-sales service following container loading at port, where necessary.
 - Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, Operations and Accounting and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo arrangement.
 - Update booking forecast.
 - Handle space management with Principal office and Sales team.
 - Promote E-Commerce to customers and coordinate with Sales team.
 - Assist Sales Team with rates filing.
 - Prepare booking report and related reporting as required.
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher educational attainment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
 
 - Good command of English and Malay – both spoken and written.
 - Command of Mandarin, Cantonese, or local dialect (advantageous).
