Executive, Customer Service – Port Klang, Malaysia

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual to take on the role of Customer Service Executive in our Port Klang, Malaysia office, who will be responsible for handling after-sales support for customers, and will work closely with our Sales team among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers bookings and problem solving.
  • Handle complaints and suggest solutions amicably.
  • Compile hot box list for Capacity or T/S port for urgent shipments.
  • Ensure after-sales service following container loading at port, where necessary.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, Operations and Accounting and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo arrangement.
  • Update booking forecast.
  • Handle space management with Principal office and Sales team.
  • Promote E-Commerce to customers and coordinate with Sales team.
  • Assist Sales Team with rates filing.
  • Prepare booking report and related reporting as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher educational attainment.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English and Malay – both spoken and written.
  • Command of Mandarin, Cantonese, or local dialect (advantageous).

  • Ability to work independently.
