We are looking for a self-motivated individual to take on the role of Finance & Accounting Executive, who will support the local Finance & Accounting manager to process general Finance & Accounting jobs. The role will be highly GL posting- and invoice verification-related.
Responsibilities:
Bank Accounting:
- Daily bank transaction posting and verification.
- Monthly Bank reconciliation.
AR Collection
- Daily review of AR overdue items, pushing clients to settle in time.
- Review of long-outstanding item with escalation where needed.
AP Management:
- Line/Principal cost verification and posting.
- Agency routine expenses review and payment control.
Ad Hoc:
- Other jobs assigned by local accounting manager.
- Support centralization tasks assigned by head office.
- Some admin work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years Accounting or finance related working experiences.
- Kingdee system experience is a plus.
- Shipping Industry/Forwarding company experience is a plus.
- Team spirit, punctuality and detailed oriented.
