We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive, who will support the HR & Admin Manager in China to arrange all HR & Administrative tasks in the company and ensuring the effective utilization of human resources & administration to meet the demand of operation.
Responsibilities:
HR
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and managing follow-ups and probation periods.
- Maintain and update HR records, including staff attendance, leave balances, and employment changes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Oversee the annual performance appraisal process and probation evaluations for new employees.
- Manage payroll preparation, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation components.
- Plan and support team activities, employee engagement events, and other HR initiatives.
Admin
- Ensure the maintenance of company facilities and equipment, including coffee machines, water dispensers, printers, and air-conditioning systems.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking air tickets, hotels, and other necessary logistics.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Formal Training/Certification in HR as a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quickly adopts and masters HR technology and tools.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with hands-on approach.
